We started working with Clicktale recently and realized the importance of the data it produces.
The first client we implemented it for is, as always, F64, and we are pleased to have the know-how available for everyone interested.
To get a bit technical, it wasn't a simple copy paste of some javascript code. We populated JS fields throughout the site with information that was relevant to contextualize the Clicktale results. We also managed to work with their system and our highly complex AJAX checkout to produce a good heat-map and user action replay.
